Description: Develop new market sales strategy and business plan, identify new lead opportunities and promote brand awareness to support revenue goals. Establish new sales organization through effective recruiting, training, development and management of a team of 5 - 10 direct Enterprise Sales Account Executives to deliver new revenue and sales goals as assigned on an annual basis (measured monthly). Key contributor to the success of FPL FiberNet in the Enterprise market. Position reports to Director of Sales.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Quota/Commission Sales Experience Selling Telecommunication services (Data) to Enterprise and Business Customers in Florida (Major Metro's) and 3-5 years as Sales Manager/Leader/Director/Regional Manager responsible for the recruiting, training, development and achievement of a team of direct report sales account executives. Bachelor's Degree is required and an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
